At the scheduled time, we'll depart from Hawes Pier in South Queensferry, setting sail on the Firth of Forth.
Throughout the hour and a half cruise, we'll sail under the three Forth bridges, including the emblematic Forth Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thanks to the recorded commentary on board the boat, we'll learn all about the fascinating details which make this impressive railway bridge so special.
We'll also see the Queensferry Crossing and the Forth Road Bridge, which links South Queensferry and North Queensferry. The boat tour will then bring us to Blackness Castle, one of the most beautiful fortresses in Scotland.
From the boat, we'll get to admire magnificent views of the castle, which has been used as a filming location for many movies and television serious, including Hamlet, Doomsday and Outlander. An unmissable attraction!
The boat trip will end back at the original departure pier.
