Richard was very nice and explained a lot about Scottish history, showing passion for his work, and attention to the different countries and cultures present in our group. He made the visit a very enjoyable one, telling us interesting stories making them easily understandable and funny! My son is 13 years old and enjoyed the experience too without getting bored, so thank you very much Richard!

Our guide was great. The check-in to get the ticket was disjointed. It would work better to show the guide the voucher on your phone and have him give you the paper ticket.
