Not much of a tour, just short distance walks (in a big group) and LOTS and LOTS of talking. Information was very general and didn’t teach much about the castle/history. The Queen Victoria impressions done by our guide got old quickly. Our family does tours like this at least 8-10 times a year, and this was the first one we walked away from mid-tour.

All our guides are professionals in the tourism sector and duly trained. As for the content they deliver, these are those that time and experience have taught us are usually of interest to the participants. Even so, there is always room for improvement and we’ll continue to do so.
