Escursione carina per avere un assaggio dei tipici paesaggi delle Highlands occidentali: bellissimi paesaggi collinari con vegetazione fitta, ruscelli e laghi. Peccato non sia prevista una sosta per camminare tra i boschi, che abbiamo comunque attraversato in van. Avrei evitato la sosta troppo lunga al Doune castle (deludente). Jim è stato un ottima guida e autista eccellente.

Il tour è stato molto carino per quanto riguarda i paesaggi e i paesi visitati. La nostra guida Natalie è chiaramente molto preparata ma purtroppo il suo accento è forte e lei parla molto velocemente e per uno straniero non è sempre semplice da capire. Peccato perché sicuramente erano tante informazioni interessanti che ci siamo persi.

Unica pecca: non ci si ferma al castello di Stirling nonostante l'assistenza clienti mi avesse scritto di prenotare i biglietti. O passeio foi maravilhoso, passamos por lugares lindos e aconchegantes com suas belezas de tirarem o fôlego. Quanto ao atendimento, posso dizer que foi excelente, o motorista Martin super atencioso e dedicado procurou alegrar a viagem que se tornou prazerosa com essa atitude. The tour was wonderful, we passed through beautiful and cozy places with their breathtaking beauties. As for the service, I can say that it was excellent, the driver Martin was super attentive and dedicated, he tried to brighten up the trip, which became pleasant with this attitude. Our driver, Danny is so accommodating and he made the trip memorable by giving us tip on where to eat and what food to taste maximize time and extra effort to make this trip a memorable one. I greatly appreciated it when he announced the rules before we started especially the use of mobile phones ( people use their phones where everybody hears the conversation , not talk when he's talking, toilet stops is considered, advice to mention the company's name to get a discounted entrance fee, etc.

La valutazione non si riferisce all'escursione, in quanto è stata cancellata dall'organizzazione meno di 24 ore prima. Fortunatamente abbiamo partecipato ad un altro tour che è stato proposto dalla stessa compagnia, in sostituzione del precedente. Il nuovo tour non è stato male, ma non corrispondeva a quello che volevamo fare e che avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo. Spiace perché civitatis ha sempre lavorato benissimo. Adrian, l'autista, è stato comunque bravissimo.

Siamo spiacenti che l'attività inizialmente prenotata non abbia potuto avere luogo. Tuttavia, siamo lieti che abbiate accettato l'alternativa che vi è stata proposta. Excelente tour!! As paisagens são lindas e a Guia Lorna foi muito gentil. Durante todo o percurso nos passou todas as informações. Ônibus ótimo. Recomendo muito o passeio.
